About
I trained as an architect and have spent more than twenty years on every side of the table on building projects, as client, consultant and contractor, across India, the UAE, Singapore and now Sydney. In December 2022 I started Cerulean.
This site is for the parts that don't make it into a capability statement. What running a business actually costs you. The discipline of early mornings. Being a mum while doing all of it. And the small wins, like a pull-up that only took about four years.
Training
Most mornings start at the gym before the city wakes up. I train at Code Fitness during the week and run on Sundays. It is the one meeting I don't move.

Cerulean is the client-side property and project management consultancy I founded in Sydney in 2022. We work across hospitality, data centres, health, commercial and the public sector, in shared pursuit of the remarkable. The team has grown from just me to ten people, and I write openly about what that growth has taken.
We also host high school students each year through Tomorrow's Women in Construction's Experience Construction program, opening a door into the industry for young women who may never have considered it.
